Collaborate with department leaders to align learning objectives with business priorities.
Learning program responsibilities
- Identify training needs, design development programs, and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and development outcomes; recommend improvements.
- Oversee learning resources and introduce effective training solutions.
- Promote continuous professional development, improve employee engagement, encourage knowledge sharing, and enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of learning and development principles and ability to identify training needs and develop effective learning strategies.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities; strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training tools.
