Job Title: Learning & Development Executive (with HR Support)
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR
Job Purpose
The Learning & Development Executive will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives while assisting in day-to-day HR operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are looking to grow in both L&D and broader HR functions within a dynamic organization.
• Learning & Development
1.
Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
2.
Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and inductions
3.
Support development of training materials and presentations
4.
Maintain training records and track participation
5.
Assist in managing LMS / e-learning platforms
6.
Collect feedback and support evaluation of training effectiveness
• HR Operations Support
1.
Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling)
2.
Support onboarding and employee induction programs
3.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
4.
Assist with HR reports, data entry, and admin tasks
5.
Support employee engagement activities and internal events
6.
Provide general operational support to the HR team
Key Requirements
- Education
- 1.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 2.
- CIPD level 5 or above (Preferred)
- Experience
- 1. 1–2 years of experience in HR or L&D
- 2.
- Exposure to training coordination or HR operations is preferred
Skills
1.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2.
Good organizational and coordination abilities
3.
Basic understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
5.
Familiarity with HR systems or LMS (preferred)
6.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment

Timely execution of onboarding and HR tasks

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
