Lead a strategic workforce capability initiative as an experienced Learning & Development professional.
Assess organizational skill requirements, develop scalable learning solutions, and support workforce readiness across a global operational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an L&D strategy aligned with business priorities and changing workforce needs.
- Assess organizational capabilities using performance data, quality metrics, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Design and deliver learning initiatives supporting employee development, cross-functional expertise, and workforce flexibility.
- Create learning pathways, knowledge assessments, and development frameworks.
- Partner across regions and functions to understand local requirements and tailor learning solutions.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend upskilling and reskilling programs.
- Measure training effectiveness and refine programs based on outcomes and feedback.
Experience and skillset
- Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong background in training needs analysis, curriculum design, and learning program development.
- Experience assessing skills gaps and translating findings into development plans.
- Exposure to workforce planning, upskilling, reskilling, or cross-training initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in a global or multi-regional business environment.
- Experience supporting large operational or service-based organizations.
