Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, exclusively for Emarati nationals.
As a Learning and Development Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
Your responsibilities will include creating and managing learning programs, conducting needs assessments, designing instructional content, and coaching employees to achieve professional development goals.
This role involves collaboration with diverse teams to align learning strategies with organizational priorities and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating effective learning materials
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills conducive to collaboration and engagement
- Experience in Coaching and providing guidance for employee skills improvement and career progression
- Understanding of current trends in learning technologies and methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in a learning and development or talent management role
- Knowledge of government policies and HR regulations in the UAE is an advantage
