About This Role
Overview
- This role is open for UAEN with a family book.
- To ensure that we can run continuous improvement initiatives locally to eliminate waste in the processes.
- Share best practice across areas, regions to ensure that we harvest value across the organization.
- Anchor changes to how we operate in an updated operations system and ensure that we have the proper data insights to effectively run the operating system.
- Running continuous improvement programs / LEAN projects in the processes aligned with Ocean Operations Regional priorities
- Ensuring that continuous improvement findings/solutions are shared across region harvest optimal value
- Work together with continuous improvement leads regional/global on agreed initiatives and incorporate into MOS
- Provide feedback via the Super Users on improvement opportunities on processes
- Stay true to global/local SOPs when running continuous improvement initiatives
- Work cross-functional in areas to solve problems and ensure that the solutions are incorporated in the Operating system
- Validate trade-offs between cost and quality in improvement initiatives to ensure aligned with Ocean Operations objectives
- Ensure line of sight on regional continuous improvement initiatives
- Driving and embedding operating system across Ocean Operations
- Work cross functionally in the Region to solve problems and ensure that the solutions are incorporated in the Operating system and structurally and sustaianably solved
- Coaching organization on Lean , kaizen, etc.
- Accountable for:
