to deliver an engaging
Leadership Skills Training
Program for corporate professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements
Native or Fluent
Arabic-speaking Trainer (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development,
Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Professional certifications in Leadership, Coaching, Management, Learning & Development, or related disciplines will be an added advantage
Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering Leadership Skills / Management Training for corporate professionals
Strong expertise in:
Experience
in delivering offline corporate classroom training
Strong facilitation, presentation, and participant engagement skills
Ability to customize training materials based on organizational requirements
Previous experience with corporate, government, or semi-government entities is preferred
Trainer Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in Arabic
Facilitate practical discussions, activities, and leadership case studies
Ensure high participant engagement and learning outcomes
Share training materials and session activities where required
