Your Impact
- Lead solutions engineering teams to align Cisco architectures with customer needs, driving successful outcomes and growth.
- Shape and implement strategic sales initiatives by translating high-level goals into actionable plans that support Cisco’s vision.
- Facilitate cross-architecture and business unit collaboration to provide client-focused solutions and drive technical evolution.
- Oversee technical sales management activities for a defined market segment, dedicating up to 25% of time to direct engagement with strategic customers and partners.
- Drive revenue growth, enhance customer success, and ensure quota performance through effective coaching, support, and operational leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead solutions engineering or technical sales teams.
- Experience overseeing technical sales management for defined market segments.
- Proven ability to engage executive-level customers and partners (CXOs, Directors).
- Proficiency in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and supporting complex sales processes.
- Track record of achieving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding team quotas.

- Demonstrated leadership in building and leading collaborative, high-performing teams.
- Strong relationship management and coaching skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to navigate across organizational levels and foster collaboration between groups.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for technology innovation.
- Nature of the Work: Full Time
- Hours of work: 48 hours per week
