Employment and Experience

Design Leadership and Client Management

• Lead the UI/UX team and manage multiple projects; assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Review and approve designs, provide direction and mentorship, and maintain design standards.
• Communicate with clients, gather goals and requirements, participate in meetings, and present designs.
• Translate client requirements into UX/UI solutions; present wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Manage client feedback, revisions, expectations, timelines, and quality.

UX and UI Design

• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes; conduct competitor and market research when needed.
• Identify usability issues and design intuitive experiences for websites, applications, SaaS products, and dashboards.
• Design modern, responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Use Figma, Figma Make, Claude Design, ChatGPT with Figma plugin, Google Stitch, and other tools for high-fidelity designs.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components; ensure consistent visual design.

Team and Project Delivery

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development.
• Improve design processes and workflows while encouraging creativity and collaboration.
• Work with project managers, business analysts, developers, QA, SEO, content, and other teams.
• Collaborate with developers on implementation, provide specifications and assets, and review implemented designs for discrepancies.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, documentation, and organized design files across projects.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and explore AI-powered tools for research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and workflow improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Figma Make, Claude Design, ChatGPT with Figma plugin, Google Stitch, and related tools.
• Excellent understanding of UX and UI principles; strong wireframing, prototyping, user flow, and high-fidelity design experience.
• Experience with websites, web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital products.
• Experience managing multiple client projects and strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a service-based company, digital agency, or client-facing environment is preferred.
