We are seeking an experienced and passionate Triathlon Coach to lead, develop, and manage a growing triathlon program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs across the three core disciplines of triathlon swimming, cycling, and running while fostering athlete development and community engagement.
This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, contribute innovative ideas, and help establish and grow a high-quality triathlon program in collaboration with club management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee structured triathlon training programs for athletes of varying ages and abilities.
- Develop comprehensive coaching plans covering swimming, cycling, and running disciplines.
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions while ensuring athlete safety and progression.
- Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to support development and goal achievement.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and club management regarding training plans, performance, and program updates.
- Assist in the growth and promotion of the triathlon program within the local community.
- Organize and support training camps, competitions, events, and athlete assessments.
- Collaborate with club management to establish program objectives, strategies, and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate athlete records, attendance, and performance data.
- Ensure compliance with club policies, health and safety standards, and governing body regulations.
