Lead Transition Specialist – Senior Relocation & Transitions (Part-Time)

• Caring Transitions is seeking a compassionate, hands-on Team Lead to support on-site client projects across East Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Palm Coast. We help seniors and families through major life transitions with relocation support, downsizing, estate liquidations, online auctions, and home cleanouts.
• This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, leading by example, and working with a supportive team. You help ensure the promises made to clients are carried out with care and professionalism.
• This is flexible, part-time work with hours based on client demand. Core availability is 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. , Monday through Friday with no guaranteed weekly hours. Weekend work is available for online auction pickups. This position may be especially appealing to retirees, stay-at-home parents, or individuals looking to supplement other flexible work . Outside employment is welcome, as long as there is no conflict of interest.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Background in moving, organizing, or hands-on service work helpful, especially with senior populations
• Comfortable packing, packing and moving household items
• Basic tool skills (or willingness to learn)
• Warm, patient, and dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability
