At Soho House, as a Lead Therapist , you will oversee the daily operations of the therapy team, ensuring the highest standards of client care and service excellence. You will lead by example, providing expert treatments while mentoring and supporting your colleagues to deliver an exceptional wellness experience for our members and guests.

This role requires outstanding technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for holistic health and wellbeing.

A successful Lead Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

Extensive experience as a qualified therapist with a broad range of treatments

Proven leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment

Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a high-end service setting

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Relevant therapy qualifications (e.g., massage, beauty, holistic therapies)

Additional certifications in advanced or specialised treatments

Knowledge of spa software and booking systems

NVQ levels 2 & 3 qualified

Physical Requirements:

Must be over the age of 18

Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand

Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours

Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
