Job Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in law.
- Preferred certification in contract management.
- Total Experience: 10+ years.
- Hand-on experience of CLM tools at org level.
- Managed end to end contract lifecycle.
- 3+ years as Contract team lead within Procurement/Finance Operations.
- Capable of Contract template creation.
- Behavioral Skills
- The ability to direct and train people according to company policy and standards.
- Ability to network and establish partnerships.
- Balance competing priorities and deadlines.
- Exemplary multitasking and organizational skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message and delivery to a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Self-driven personality with strong ability to secure execution.
- Good understanding of contract and contractual and regulatory compliances.
- Proficiency with CLM tools.
- Attention to details and heading overview.
- Ability to manage multiple contractual tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Willing to work non-traditional working hours, due to global time-zones.
- Comfortable travelling on a need basis.
- Knowledge
- Contract Lifecycle Management tools (CLM), Icertis, Sirion, DocuSign.
- SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, Coupa, etc.
- Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, etc.)Understanding of APIs, RPA, AI-enabled controls and workflow automation.
- Ability to translate business policy into system rules and automated controls.
- Strong understanding of data quality, reporting and reconciliation
