Lead Solutions Architect & Head of Engineering

We are looking for a senior technical leader to take ownership of the design, architecture and delivery of multiple SaaS and fintech-related platforms.

The role is suited to someone who is still hands-on technically, but also capable of leading developers, setting architecture standards, reviewing code, managing delivery and translating business ideas into well-structured software products.

We need a practical builder who can think strategically, design properly, manage a team and get products delivered.

Our current product pipeline includes an accounting SaaS platform, a crowdfunding and investment platform, payment-related systems, AI-enabled workflows, CRM-connected systems and other technology products across related business areas.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Translate business ideas into technical specifications, workflows, APIs and development tasks.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Lead and manage internal and external developers.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Review code and enforce development standards.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Design scalable, secure and maintainable systems.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Oversee frontend, backend, database, cloud infrastructure and deployment.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Help build and manage an offshore development capability.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Work closely with business leadership to deliver new products.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Establish best practices for testing, DevOps, release management and security.
