**Experience:** 6+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.

**Technical Expertise:** Strong proficiency in modern development frameworks (React, Vue, Django, Node.js, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and database systems.

**Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire software development teams.

**Mindset:** Pragmatic and solution-oriented.

Knows when to iterate quickly and when to focus on long-term robustness.

Pay: ﷼280,000.00 - ﷼350,000.00 per year
