Role and team

The AI Platform team builds a compliant, standardized, secure, user-friendly agentic ecosystem for AI features in investment operations.

The team is preparing Agent Orchestrator and SimCorp One Neo for production, publishing an Agent Development Stack, and advancing evaluation, trust, safety, guardrails, and multi-agent orchestration.

The role works with colleagues in India and Copenhagen; the Product Development team enables and implements AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop generative AI plugins, tools, and agentic solutions; take proofs of concept to production.
  • Integrate AI functionality with modules and agents from other teams.
  • Lead software design and development, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with product, design, and quality assurance teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, maintain engineering and code-review standards, and own features through delivery.
  • Improve engineering processes and tools and support continuous team improvement.

What the role requires

  • At least 7 years of hands-on .NET experience, including C# and Microsoft .NET.
  • AI solution-building experience is preferred, with 2 or more years cited as a preference.
  • Experience with generative AI tools such as OpenAI for Azure and protocols such as A2A or MCP plugins and function calls, for example through MAF.
