Lead administrative services and facilities operations for the Shantigram Cluster.
Improve employee experience and ensure efficient, compliant workplace service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Improve employee experience through responsive administrative services and facilities support.
- Ensure administration services comply with internal standards, legal regulations, policies, governance frameworks, and SOPs.
- Analyze audit findings and coordinate risk mitigation and gap-closure actions with stakeholders.
- Manage service-partner billing, payouts, contractual manpower, operational reviews, and SLA adherence.
- Manage service data, reporting, spend analysis, process improvements, digitalization, automation, and service-delivery tools.
- Lead and develop administrative professionals through goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and learning initiatives.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management or a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- A higher degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience and Knowledge
- 15 or more years of work experience, including 3 to 5 years managing a large facility.
- Experience with service-management frameworks, technology and digitalization projects, financial optimization, and operational budgets.
- Experience with large-facility F&B operations, housekeeping, maintenance planning, space management, and corporate policy implementation.
- Strong service-partner and contractual-workforce management experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and other building-services systems.
