- Must Haves
- Have 5+ years of experience in industrial security.
- The ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data. As a condition of employment for this position, the successful candidate must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status (e.g. a U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee. 22 CFR 120.15) upon hire.
- Have an active TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain.

- The annual base salary range for this position is $109,000-$136,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

Key Responsibilities
- Support tactical operations of Honeywell’s government security compliance program, partnering closely with multiple functions and leadership to ensure compliance with U.S. government security requirements.
- Act as Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Alternate FSO to administer and oversee government security clearances for Honeywell employees and meet all U.S. government security requirements for Honeywell sites.
- Act as an Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) and establish procedures to monitor for risks, and provide specialized training.
- Partner with corporate functions and strategic business units to manage and safeguard classified-related operations.
- Develop, deploy, and manage all U.S. government required training.
- Implement an initial security orientation for all employees and annual refresher training (including insider threat awareness and FOCI mitigation).
- Perform annual self-inspections to evaluate the program's effectiveness and correct deficiencies.
