Lead Salesforce Solution Architect

Role overview

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the Salesforce platform strategy and multi-year roadmap with Product and business leadership.
• Design, architect, and govern enterprise Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and end users.
• Lead architecture reviews and set standards for performance, security, reliability, compliance, and scalability.
• Oversee Health Cloud capabilities for patient management, care coordination, scheduling, and healthcare workflows.
• Define integrations with internal applications, third-party platforms, data services, and healthcare systems.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams, architects, and engineering stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend long-term platform improvements.

Basic requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, Salesforce architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
• Experience defining architecture for highly integrated enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and enterprise application design.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and communicate architecture decisions to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading architecture governance, technology standards, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Preferred skills and experience

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is preferred.
• Healthcare, specialty pharmacy, payer, provider, life sciences, or regulated healthcare experience is preferred.
• Salesforce Health Cloud best practices and healthcare interoperability knowledge are preferred.
• AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud architecture experience is preferred.
• DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, platform observability, Agile delivery, and cross-functional team leadership experience are preferred.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills are preferred.

Working conditions

• Flex and Connect office arrangement requires working in the office two days per week.
• Occasional travel may be required for business, technology, or leadership meetings.
