Lead - Sales
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling OEM accounts and retail sales of steel rolls within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients and retail customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly visit clients across the UAE to strengthen business relations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales of steel rolls and managing OEM accounts.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and steel industry.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED11,500.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
