Job Summary

As a Lead, Rewards within Traveloka’s Human Resources team’s Rewards function, you will oversee all compensation and benefits processes and teams to deliver competitive, compliant programs that align with the company’s mission of nurturing top talent.

Your work will be critical to reinforcing the team’s inclusive culture by ensuring clear employee engagement with reward initiatives and driving strategic total rewards designs that support long-term organizational success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and evaluate end-to-end compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans for the organization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategies that encompass work/lifestyle, development/career, and specialized reward frameworks including executive rewards
  • Lead market benchmarking, internal equity reviews, and reward plan analysis to maintain competitive and fair reward practices
  • Own the strategy and design of the company’s mobility policies, while supporting associated program implementation and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective, compliant, and cost-efficient reward programs
  • Communicate and promote reward programs to employees through targeted initiatives to enhance clarity and drive high levels of engagement
  • Oversee annual salary reviews, promotion adjustments, and bonus calculations to ensure consistent application of compensation policies
  • Prepare and analyze detailed compensation reports for budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in compensation management, preferably within a reward consultancy, technology firm, or multinational organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and conduct in-depth compensation analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for advanced data management and analysis tasks
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant local labor laws and regulations to ensure all reward programs remain compliant
  • Familiarity with market survey and benchmarking analysis to maintain competitive reward practices
  • Excellent self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive compensation and benefits data
  • Up-to-date understanding of industry compensation and rewards trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to drive continuous process improvement
