Qualifications
- Working knowledge of CMMS and data analytics
- Computer literate with MS Office, Google, and similar software
- Good communication, interpretation, and active listening skills
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-disciplined individual with strong technical competence and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- B.S. degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience as a Reliability Engineer, Operations Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility
- 7+ years of experience as a Reliability Engineer, Operations Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer
- Possession of a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (or similar) certification, such as MMP, CMRP, or CRE
- Lean manufacturing experience
