Lead Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to join our EPC team delivering large-scale Oil & Gas storage tank projects.
This is a senior role responsible for full commercial management across EPC project lifecycles—from tendering through execution to final account closure.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record in tank construction and EPC environments.

Your Role
As a
Lead Quantity Surveyor,
- you will
- Lead and manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities for EPC oil & gas tank projects
- Prepare, review, and control cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Support tendering and bidding activities, including cost analysis and risk evaluation
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company procedures, and industry standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Mentor and manage junior QS and commercial staff
- Provide accurate commercial reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Strong experience in infrastructure and sanitary system design for industrial facilities
- Experience working with major EPC contractors is highly preferred
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, cost control, and commercial management
- Proficiency in QS and commercial software (e.g., Primavera, Excel, ERP systems)
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, multicultural project environments
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
