Lead QA Engineer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated programming and automation engineering capability
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Analysis roles
• Strong understanding of software development best practices
• Expertise in quality engineering methodologies, tools, and standards
• Deep knowledge of test automation design patterns such as Page Object Model
• Ability to review, understand, and contribute to technical designs
• Strong written and verbal communication of testing strategies
• Proven passion for continuous improvement and engineering excellence
• Advanced experience with Selenium + Java, WebDriver, Playwright + JavaScript, JUnit, or TestNG
• Experience testing large, heterogeneous systems end-to-end
• Knowledge of test reporting and management tools such as Allure and TestRail
• Experience building and maintaining UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows
