Lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives across corporate and shared services functions.

Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise SaaS platform implementations and upgrades from business case through adoption and benefits realisation.
- Define target operating models, business processes and technology roadmaps with business leaders.
- Lead change activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, process redesign, training and adoption.
- Assess organisational readiness and transition solutions into business-as-usual operations.
- Manage concurrent initiatives, resources, governance, project boards, stage-gate reviews, reporting and escalations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, change control, vendors, systems integrators and software suppliers.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and enterprise data governance needs are addressed.
- Oversee project closure, post-implementation reviews, business-as-usual transition and benefits reviews.
- Contribute to project management governance and methodology.
Candidate profile
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex, cross-functional business and technology change initiatives.
- Significant experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms in corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Risk, Legal or CRM.
- Experience with cloud and SaaS transformation, including legacy-system replacement.
- Proven record delivering technology implementation alongside business change and adoption.
- Experience in a small or medium-sized organisation is advantageous.
