We are seeking a
Lead Project Manager,
an expert leader to drive the delivery of a mega project—a mixed-use development featuring hospitality, residential, retail, a museum, and a mosque.
This role requires a balance of high-level project management and rigorous technical architectural oversight.
Project Leadership
- Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage sub-consultants across all project clusters.
Delivery & Scheduling
- Ensure critical milestones, deliverables, and client presentations are met on time and within budget.
Technical Oversight
- Lead technical reviews for complex components, including intricate basement networks, site-wide circulation, and MEP integration.
Compliance & Quality
- Oversee peer reviews, ensuring adherence to local codes, international standards, and client GFA constraints.
Experience
- 15–20 years of experience leading large-scale, complex mixed-use mega-projects from concept to delivery.
Education
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- PMP and RIBA certifications are preferred.
Regional Expertise
- Gulf experience on high-profile projects is required.
- Experience in KSA projects and familiarity with KSA codes is a strong advantage.
Software Proficiency
- Revit (

- Standard scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Experience working with different AI platforms is a plus
