As the service matures, lead the redesign of the location and asset hierarchy.
What you'll do
- Own strategy, roadmap and execution for templates across assets, procedures, work orders and parts, taking the product from design-partner alpha to general availability.
- Consolidate three configuration systems into one registry and plan customer-safe migration and deprecation.
- Define update policies, publishing and conflict flows, versioning, and promotion of existing records into templates.
- Run recurring customer design-partner sessions and prototype-driven discovery; turn evidence into roadmap decisions.
- Take hierarchy redesign from specification to validated model, including typed locations, N-level depth and functional positions that preserve PM schedules through asset swaps.
- Keep the redesign additive and non-breaking for customers using the current two-level structure.
About you
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years of platform or core-product work at an enterprise SaaS company.
- Experience with foundational products involving entity models, permissioning or configuration frameworks.
- Ability to reason through cascade and override policies, hierarchy schemas, cardinality and migration states, and discuss trade-offs with staff engineers.
- Run design-partner sessions yourself and let evidence guide decisions.
- Track record sequencing multi-year foundational work while delivering customer-visible value each quarter.
Nice to have
- CMMS, EAM or industrial operations background.
- Experience migrating customers from SAP PM or Maximo-class systems.
Compensation
- Compensation range is shown as CACAD 142K–CACAD 210K; no pay cadence is stated.
