Lead Practitioner – KS2
to join our team from August 2026.

Skills
- The successful candidate will:
- Embody and role model our core values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect, and kindness
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- Demonstrate proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, with a strong record of raising standards
- Share and implement exemplary teaching practices, supporting colleagues and developing whole-school approaches
- Bring creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm to teaching and learning
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a track record of driving outstanding learning outcomes and improving classroom practice
- Be committed to contributing positively to the wider school community through extra-curricular initiatives and events
