Lead Packaging Operator 3rd - Starting Pay $19.88/hr + shift differential $1.50/hr and up

The Lead Packaging Operator ensures OMT packaging equipment and processes run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all work instructions. This role serves as the primary technical resource, supporting machine setup, parameter adjustments, and process flow while working in an assigned position and floating as needed. Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Ensure machines are properly set up with correct tooling, materials, and recipes before or during production.
• Work in assigned position while floating to support all packaging areas as needed.
• Ensure completion of First Piece and Last Piece inspections and maintain product quality.
• Adjust and optimize machine parameters to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Communicate machine status, issues, and corrective actions clearly to team members

• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
