What Makes Someone a Top 1% Technician?

• You understand structural drying and moisture mapping.
• You can lead a crew without constant supervision.

• Water damage mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleanup
• Mold remediation
• Structural drying
• Moisture inspections and documentation
• Equipment setup and monitoring
• Demolition and contents protection
• Crew leadership and training
• Customer communication

• 3+ years restoration experience preferred
• IICRC WRT certification required or obtainable quickly
• ASD, AMRT, FSRT certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills

$28-$40+ per hour depending on experience and certifications
