What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in planning and organizing lifestyle improvement activities such as sports events, community activations, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinating with vendors, trainers, and wellness partners to ensure smooth delivery of events and services.
• Encouraging participation through direct outreach, promotional materials, and personal engagement with residents and stakeholders.
• Supporting lifestyle-related communications via newsletters, emails, and digital platforms.
• Fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for all participants in community programs and activities.

Data & Reporting

• Maintaining records of program performance, participation, and satisfaction.
• Monitoring participant experience and escalating any concerns or issues to management as needed.
• Benchmarking lifestyle programs and initiatives against leading smart cities, real estate developers, airports, hospitality brands, and other customer-centric organizations.
• Supporting the development of annual lifestyle calendars and activation roadmaps.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed and managing priorities with minimal guidance.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Community Services, Events Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in event planning, activity coordination, or lifestyle/community programs.
• Demonstrated experience in community consultation and stakeholder engagement.
• Working knowledge of city management and/or real estate operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, partners, and stakeholders.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Experience in Qatar or the wider GCC.
• Experience with community management or city management organizations.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and activities of varying complexity.
• Proven skills in negotiation and problem resolution to effectively resolve escalated issues.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in planning and executing events and programs.
• Creative mindset with an interest in lifestyle, wellness, and community engagement initiatives.
• Team player with a collaborative working style and a customer-centric approach.
