Lead Java Full Stack Developer - Angular/React - Vice President

Responsibilities

• · Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications with a focus on Angular/React.js and modern UI architecture
• · Core Skills: Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js/Angular), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• · Modernize legacy Angular applications into React-based solutions
• · Develop backend services using Java (17+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• · Proven experience building RESTful web services and API gateways, such as Apigee
• · Build and maintain event-driven data pipelines with real-time data processing using Kafka.
• · Database Integration: Integrate applications with both SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, utilizing caching solutions where appropriate.
• · Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• · Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Harness or Tekton.
• · Integrate with Oracle and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• · Standards: Knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility (ADA compliance), and end-to-end UI deployment strategies.
• · Proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle and unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
• · Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar tools
• · Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerized deployments
• · Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity
• · Monitor applications using ELK, Grafana, and resolve production issues
• · Demonstrated ability to build and maintain large-scale data processing applications.
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• · Experience with data virtualization systems like Starburst.
• · Experience with Python for scripting or data manipulation.
• · Experience with QA automation frameworks and strategies for large-scale data processing.
• · Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Autosys or ETL processes
• · Experience with AI coding assistants
