Lead IT Network & Security Engineer

Overview

• Lead implementation and management of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, enterprise systems), ensuring high availability and performance
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services
• Manage hybrid environments integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure Entra ID
• Design and maintain secure network architecture using FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation
• Manage identity and access through Azure Entra ID, including MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust policies
• Administer and secure Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Oversee endpoint management using Microsoft Intune (device compliance, patching, application deployment)
• Monitor systems, servers, networks, and security events; respond to incidents and vulnerabilities proactively
• Own Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP), including backups, failover, and recovery testing
• Act as escalation point for complex IT and security issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Manage vendors, IT procurement, and service delivery performance
• Develop and maintain IT policies, security standards, and documentation
