General Description
Join a well-known regional mall and hospitality brand undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SAP Integration Architect to drive enterprise-wide integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems within a complex business landscape.
This role will focus heavily on SAP integration architecture, including REFX-related integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between core enterprise platforms, financial systems, retail applications, and external services.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on architectural leader capable of defining integration strategies, governing technical standards, and engaging directly with senior stakeholders onsite in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and governance of enterprise SAP integration architecture across SAP and third-party platforms.
- Define integration strategies and frameworks for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
- Drive architecture decisions related to middleware, APIs, event-driven integrations, and enterprise connectivity.
- Design and oversee integrations involving SAP REFX and related finance or real estate business processes.
- Collaborate with business, functional, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure scalable and secure integration solutions.
- Lead integration workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder discussions across multiple business units.
- Ensure best practices for system interoperability, performance, security, and data consistency.
- Provide technical leadership during critical phases including design, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
- Support issue resolution and risk mitigation for complex integration challenges across enterprise applications.
- Establish architectural governance, standards, documentation, and integration patterns across the organization.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an SAP Integration Architect or SAP Technical Architect in large enterprise environments.
- Strong background in SAP integration architecture and enterprise system connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, middleware, IDocs, OData, REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations.
- Experience supporting or integrating SAP REFX solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration landscapes and hybrid enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to lead architecture discussions and manage senior business and technical stakeholders onsite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced transformation programs with multiple parallel workstreams.
Preferred Skills
- SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI experience.
- Experience within retail, malls, hospitality, or large enterprise organizations.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance methodologies.
- SAP certifications related to integration or architecture are advantageous.
- Exposure to cloud integration and hybrid landscapes is a plus.
