Lead Instrumentation & Control Engineer – Offshore Island Project
Role Overview
The Lead Instrumentation & Control Engineer is responsible for leading all instrumentation, control systems, automation, and safety system engineering activities for ADNOC Offshore projects.
The role ensures that design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities are executed in compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, project specifications, and safety requirements throughout FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, Commissioning, and Start-up phases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Master's Degree in Control Systems, Automation, or Instrumentation Engineering preferred.
- Professional Engineering Certification is advantageous.
- Experience
- Minimum 18–20 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 8–10 years in a Lead I&C Engineering role.
- Extensive experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, Brownfield, and Greenfield projects.
- Strong offshore facility experience including platforms, wellhead towers, subsea interface systems, and central processing facilities.
