Are you passionate about developing technical talent and delivering training that keeps aircraft operations safe and compliant?

We are looking for a professional instructor to design and deliver high-quality technical training across the avionics discipline.

This role plays a key part in strengthening workforce capability by delivering engaging and compliant learning programmes that support operational readiness, safety and regulatory excellence.

Unleash your creativity by designing innovative technical training programs that inspire learning, leverage cutting-edge instructional techniques, and empower the next generation of aviation professionals.

The role includes delivering classroom, practical and on-the-job training, evaluating learning outcomes and guiding learners to ensure strong technical competence and compliance with company and regulatory standards, including those set by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).

In addition, you will contribute to performance management and talent development initiatives, support workshop implementation, coordinate short-term training schedules and provide technical guidance on policies and procedures.

You will also help identify non-compliance risks, support corrective actions and maintain your own professional and technical currency through continuous learning and industry engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aviation technical trainer who combines strong instructional capability with a passion for developing future-ready maintenance professionals.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 9 years in a similar role.

You are expected to possess expertise in Avionics systems, and hold a GACA/EASA/ICAO Type II Avionics.
