Overview
Join TAQA Distribution and lead the design and transformation of enterprise infrastructure and cloud architecture, driving scalable, secure, and future-ready technology platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain enterprise infrastructure and cloud architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
- Define scalable solutions covering compute, storage, networking, backup, DR, and high availability
- Apply modern engineering approaches: cloud-native, containerization, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Lead cloud and infrastructure transformation initiatives, including Azure adoption and hosting modernization
- Develop reference architectures, reusable patterns, and target-state roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards
- Conduct architecture reviews, cloud readiness assessments, and governance checkpoints
- Drive cloud governance, compliance, FinOps optimization, and risk visibility
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, NESA, CAF, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Applications, Data, Operations) to deliver solutions
- Maintain architecture documentation, technology inventory, and lifecycle visibility
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture
- Strong experience in cloud adoption, hybrid environments, and infrastructure modernization
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions across cloud and on-prem platforms
- Hands-on expertise in automation, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience design
- Experience in cloud governance, compliance, and FinOps practices
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Nice to Have
- Certifications: Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience in multi-cloud and hybrid architecture environments
- Exposure to IT modernization, business continuity, and digital transformation programs
- Experience with infrastructure compliance frameworks and governance models
