Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the HR Services function to ensure the delivery of highquality HR services to employees and managers
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR Services team on complex HR issues
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify and address HR service needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery
  • Oracle HCM & ServiceNow experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in managing HR systems and data, with proficiency in HRIS software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality HR services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze HR data and identify trends
  • Experience in process improvement and driving operational excellence
