Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance.
• Support program analyses, reporting capabilities, and business requirements for new analyses; perform ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain data accuracy, support data stewardship, and identify new metrics.
• Onboard and mentor junior analysts; oversee project work from inception to delivery.

Analytics domains

• Potential subject-matter domains include medical expense and trends; HEDIS reporting, interventions, and STAR ratings; clinical gaps and adherence.
• Other domains include network contracting, value-based measures, regulatory reporting, employer-group reporting, and population health.
• Work may cover risk and patient stratification, segmentation, provider scoring, cost savings, predictive analytics, quality benchmarking, and research analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of data-analysis experience required.
• One year of relevant experience in financial analysis, statistics, and population management.
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau; strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and consultative engagement skills.

Workplace

• The position is fully remote.

Compensation

• Full-time annual base pay range is $122,408 to $179,649.60; additional compensation may be available.
