Are you experienced in B2B lead generation and passionate about tech and ERP systems?
ASCON is looking for a
Lead Generation Specialist
to help us build a strong sales pipeline as we expand across the Gulf region.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in key industries (construction, pharma, car rentals, retail)
- Build and manage lists of qualified prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, etc.
- Qualify leads and set up discovery meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff
- Track your work in our Jira-based CRM and hit monthly KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of B2B lead generation or SDR/BDR experience
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, or CRM sales
- Fluent in English
- GCC market familiarity, especially Saudi Arabia
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
