ASG Properties is looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing online campaigns, and supporting the sales team with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through online and offline channels
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, Property Portals)
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client data
- Conduct follow-ups and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Coordinate with agents to ensure smooth lead handling
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate lead generation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
