Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content calendars, create posts and short-form videos, and write captions for real estate audiences.
• Monitor social channels and reply to comments and messages to build audience engagement.
• Track performance metrics and run targeted social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote listings and brand initiatives.
• Follow platform trends and best practices, maintain consistent brand messaging, and support lead generation and company visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong social media and digital marketing skills, including campaign management across multiple platforms and lead generation.
• Experience creating visual content, short videos, and compelling copy tailored to real estate audiences.
• Marketing knowledge and ability to align social activities with brand and business objectives.
• Clear written and verbal communication and professional engagement with online audiences and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools and basic analytics for measuring and reporting campaign performance.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market or strong interest in learning sector trends and customer preferences.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant social media or digital marketing certifications are advantageous.
