Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Generator , you will play a key role in supporting a leading healthcare brand by:

Identifying and qualifying opportunities within a designated customer portfolio

Generating high-quality leads for field-based medical representatives

Engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and interests

Scheduling appointments and facilitating valuable customer interactions

Building and maintaining professional relationships

Managing and developing a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed performance targets

Accurately recording customer interactions and activity within internal systems

Delivering a high-quality customer experience with every interaction

Developing a strong understanding of the NHS, healthcare environment, and pharmaceutical industry
