Key Responsibilities

• **›** Build from scratch and drive the digital acquisition strategy: select and implement tools, activate SEO, GEO, SEA, paid social and digital outbound channels
• **›** Generate qualified B2B leads and contribute to the commercial pipeline in close coordination with Sales teams
• **›** Manage and optimise B2C campaigns: visibility, conversion rates and cost per acquisition
• **›** Own acquisition KPIs, performance reporting and continuous optimisation roadmap
• **›** Coordinate with tech teams and agencies on tracking, landing pages and marketing tools
• What we're looking for
• **›** 5+ years' experience in B2B and/or B2C digital acquisition, ideally in a premium, service or SaaS environment
• **›** Strong command of key channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, technical SEO, analytics (GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent)
• **›** Technically confident, autonomous and resourceful — able to select, set up and operate tools independently without dedicated support. Results-driven and data-led
• **›** Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) — international working language

• Vous construisez et pilotez la stratégie d'acquisition digitale de Chabé depuis zéro — outils, canaux, process — sur des marchés B2B matures et un segment B2C en cours de lancement.

• Missions principales

• Profil recherché
• **›** 5 ans minimum d'expérience en acquisition digitale B2B et/ou B2C, idéalement dans un environnement premium, services ou SaaS
• **›** Maîtrise des principaux leviers : Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO technique, analytics (GA4, Looker Studio ou équivalent)
• **›** Profil technique, autonome et hands-on — à l'aise pour choisir, configurer et opérer les outils sans support dédié. Orienté résultats et prise de décision par les données
• **›** Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral) — langue de travail internationale
