Role overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop ReactJS user interfaces and Java server-side and microservices applications using Spring Boot.
  • Spend the role's development and design time on hands-on work.
  • Resolve, communicate, and escalate critical technical issues.
  • Prepare user and systems documentation as needed, including technology documents and user guides.
  • Identify and recommend industry best practices.
  • Provide day-to-day Agile status notes on project tasks.

Core requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience with ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL.
  • Strong ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework skills.
  • Strong software development lifecycle knowledge.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or JMS.
  • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication; experience writing and reviewing technology documents, including user guides.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance; demonstrate ownership, analytical ability, and quick learning.

Desirable experience

  • Capital Markets functional knowledge and experience on similar projects are highly desirable.
  • AI agent modeling and AWS capabilities are good to have.
  • CI/CD experience with Terraform, Docker, or Harness is good to have.
