We are looking for an experienced
Lead Full Stack Engineer
to take technical ownership of a secure API ecosystem, financial systems architecture, and client-facing self-service portals.
This role requires strong backend and architectural expertise, as well as hands-on experience building high-availability transactional systems.
🔐 API Ecosystem & Security
- Design and implement secure APIs
- Manage and configure API Gateway solutions (e.g., Kong)
- Enforce perimeter security, RBAC, and rate limiting
- Integrate with external systems such as Qiwa (identity) and ZATCA (e-invoicing)
🏗 Relational Architecture & Financial Integrity
- Design and maintain 3NF-normalized relational schemas
- Own and manage an immutable financial ledger
- Support prepaid, subscription, and PAYG billing models
💻 Full Stack Self-Service Portal
- Build client-facing portals using modern JavaScript frameworks (React / Vue / Angular)
- Implement API key management
- Develop real-time usage dashboards
- Deliver secure sandbox environments
- 📊 Data-Driven Operations
- Build internal admin tools (e.g., domain allowlists, approval workflows)
- Translate system logs into actionable business insights
- 📡 System Observability
- Implement near real-time monitoring (≤ 2 minutes)
- Monitor API performance, transaction health, and security events
Backend & Database
- Advanced SQL and relational database design
- Strong understanding of 3NF normalization
- High-concurrency database architecture
- Strong experience with Java or an equivalent backend language
- Experience building financial systems, wallets, or transaction engines
API & Integrations
- OAuth2, JWT, AES-256 encryption
- API Gateway configuration (traffic shaping & security policies)
- Integration with regional APIs (e.g., payment gateways, regulatory platforms)
Frontend
- Experience building complex, data-heavy dashboards
- Responsive UI implementation for real-time metrics
