We're looking for an experienced Lead Framer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and is ready to take on more responsibility. Lead a small crew or assigned portion of commercial framing projects

Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Perform layout work and ensure framing is completed accurately

Coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman to keep projects on schedule

Maintain high standards for quality and safety

Mentor and support less experienced team members

Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production

Several years of framing experience, preferably in commercial construction

Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work

Experience leading crews or coordinating work in the field

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Dependable with a consistent work history

Positive attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Reliable transportation to job sites
