Job Overview
**Job Summary:** The Lead Wire Extruder Operator is responsible for overseeing the wire extrusion process in the manufacturing of high-voltage (HV) cables.
This role involves operating and maintaining wire extrusion machinery, ensuring product quality, and leading a team of operators to achieve production targets.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wire extrusion processes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- **Operate Wire Extrusion Machinery:** Set up, operate, and monitor wire extrusion machines to produce HV / MV cables according to specifications.
- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in lead wire extrusion operations, preferably in HV / MV cable manufacturing.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi or English.
Working Conditions
- **Environment:** Manufacturing plant with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
- **Hours:** 12 Hours duty, (6 days a week, + weekly 1 day rest)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
