Key Responsibilities

• You will be assigned a portfolio of clients and be responsible for the following tasks:· Initiate and coordinate client onboarding requests across KYC, Regulatory, Tax, Legal, Credit and operational setup streams.· Perform client outreach and ensure accurate, timely communication to clients on the entire onboarding process.· Ensure client requests are accurately understood, documented, prioritized and routed to the appropriate teams.· Monitor and coordinate onboarding pipelines and proactively follow up on pending actions to support timely completion and readiness to trade with the support of CLM onshore when required.· Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, transparency and service quality.· Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality, operational controls and client experience.· Maintain excellent relationship with the client.Profile requiredProfile Required: ACE can help you write this job description (go/ACE)Experience and Education· University degree or equivalent.· A minimum 3 years’ experience within Investment Banking, Financial Services with a direct client-facing role.· Experience supporting institutional clients such as Asset Managers, Funds, Hedge Funds or Pension Funds is a strong advantage.Technical and Business Skills· Good understanding of client onboarding, KYC, Regulatory, Tax, Legal and Credit processes.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and monitor complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.· Fluent English, both written and spoken.· Excellent communication skills.Behavioural Skills· Client-centric mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs through active listening, drive satisfaction, and deliver measurable client outcomes.· Ability to work effectively with multiple teams across functions and geographies and navigate through complex organizations.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.· Problem-solving & critical thinking: Ability to diagnose complex issues quickly and design effective, scalable solutions.Why join us“We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
