Lead /Experienced Dental Nurse

We are seeking a highly experienced Dental Nurse to join our Barnet practices respectively. The ideal candidate will be someone with combines exceptional chairside expertise especially in the field of Implant dentistry and/or Sedation, excellent communication and a patient-first mindset.

You will:

Provide high-quality chairside assistance to a variety of experienced clinicians

Oversee day-to-day nursing duties to ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows.

Maintain exemplary infection control standards and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Work collaboratively with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and management to deliver a seamless patient journey.

Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and service excellence.

GDC registered Dental Nurse with more than 5 years experience

Extensive experience in a private or mixed dental practice.

Experienced in Implant dentistry

Strong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and infection control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, patient-focused mindset with a calm, confident presence.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.

IV Sedation nursing qualification or experience.

Experience supporting performance, training, and team development.

> 10 years experienced

Experience as a lead or head nurse
