Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in EUC Engineering
  • Strong expertise across Windows, macOS and Android environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, endpoint security and compliance
  • PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise our End User Computing (EUC) environment
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and endpoint security
  • Drive automation, patching, application packaging and device lifecycle management
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex EUC issues
  • Partner with Cyber Security and project teams on enterprise initiatives
  • Mentor engineers and champion continuous improvement
